First level Support Key User
We are seeking for a First level Support Key User to our client IBM to support the Global
Control Tower.
We are the lead logistic provider of IBM. Our department is managing one of the most complex
and most challenging service in the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities:
- User account management, end user support,
- Monitoring WMS and TMS systems, ticket handling, logistic flow setup,
- E2E 1st level support on EDI and Webservice communications
- VPN/network connectivities EMEA wide,
- Supporting Control Tower operation in system related issues,
- Master Data coordination,
- Project support: Organazing changes in involved systems with customer, suppliers and
subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Advanced/Fluent English communication level both written and oral,
- Experience in ticketing systems/in a service desk or support operation,
- Confident MS Office application user, especially in Excel (vlookup, etc),
- Havning experience in the field of Logistics, user knowledge in WM/TM systems is an
advantage.
